Lived Experiences of Student Leaders

This study analyzed the lived experiences of student leaders in Kalinga State University, Dagupan Campus. It made use qualitative research design, ethnomethodological approach. The revealed that there are negative and positive leaders, five (5) themes respectively. As to impact leadership studies participants, it was students engaging positions would tend become well-rounded persons - developing critical thinking skills, decision-making or problem solving socialization communication skills. On other hand, respondents is struggle with time management, especially when too much demand responsibilities.
